On the web, Stripe processes your payment securely. In the iPhone or Android app, billing goes through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Either way, Bizby never sees or stores your card number.

Yes. Monthly plans renew at $14.99 and annual plans at $103.99, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can turn off renewal any time in your store settings.

On the web, manage or cancel any time from your billing settings in Stripe’s secure portal. In the app, cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.

If you subscribed on the web, email support@bizby.co and we handle it through Stripe. If you subscribed in the app, refunds go through Apple or Google under their policies. Our refund policy explains how to request one and your statutory rights.

If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. We always show the price and the date billing starts.

You can sign in with your email or a social login like Apple or Google. We keep it to a single step so your progress and streak save right away.

You can delete your account in Profile settings, or email support@bizby.co and we will take care of it. We delete or de-identify your personal information after that.

No. We collect only what we need to run the Service and never sell your personal information. The details are in our privacy policy.

First, try “Restore Purchases” in Profile settings, which re-checks your subscription. If it still does not unlock, email support@bizby.co and we will fix it.

Make sure you are using the same sign-in method you started with (email or social). If you are still locked out, reach us at support@bizby.co and we will help you back in.
